Permanent Export

The placing of goods under the export procedure is mandatory in cases where they have to leave the customs territory of the European Union. Therefore, the goods released for export must physically leave the customs territory of the Union within 90 days from the date of their release.

Permanent Import

The regime under which non-EU goods acquire the customs status of EU goods, fulfilling the formalities, customs obligations and commercial policy measures provided for each type of product.

Free Circulation

This procedure allows the temporary importation of non-EU goods, for various uses, with total or partial exemption from customs duties (duty and VAT).

Temporary Export and Import

Goods can be temporarily exported and subsequently re-imported without paying the relevant customs duties. In case the country of destination has adhered to the ATA Convention, we inform you that it is also possible to resort to the institution of temporary export with the issue of an ATA carnet following the goods (issued by the Association qualified for Italy by the Italian Union of Chambers of Commerce). In case of sale of the goods abroad, in both cases of temporary export, it is necessary that the custom operation is made for customs purposes with the presentation of the customs declaration of final export.
