SCORTRANS SRL, founded in 1989, is an international forwarding company which initially specialized in traffic towards Scandinavia, an area in which its founder, Dario Scortegagna, and his close collaborators had matured experience for over a decade.
Encouraged by customers satisfied with the service received, the company then turned towards other European companies and other traffic sectors such as sea and air, developing continually to become one of the emerging players in the sector. Today SCORTRANS counts on a score of direct collaborators with great experience and professionalism who offer a set of services for solving every problem associated with international transport including banking, insurance, customs and legal consultancy in Italy and abroad.

In 2003 it was founded SCORTEXPRESS in Tampere (Finland) to guarantee a better quality service in the north Europe's traffics and in particular to guarantee a good assistance for the export to Russia.

In 2009 it was enhanced the national network through the opening of two new branch respectively in Montelupo Fiorentino (Florence) in Tuscany and in Sesto Ulteriano(Milan) in Lombardy.
SCORTRANS would like to offer his good quality services to more customers becoming an important landmark for his partners and companies in the middle and in the north of Italy.
This aim is pursued through a costant research of the customers's satisfaction through the personal assistance and relationship, the professional development of their employees and the prompt replies at the different requirements.

The guidelines behind the company's growth will continue to remain firmly in place for the future. In a world totally oriented towards globalization, internationalization and the creation of mega businesses, SCORTRANS intends to maintain its own appreciated and consolidated style so that even as it grows in size it will still be able to guarantee the customer the personalized and loyal relationship which is essential for operating with success in the international shipping field.
The never-ending request of outsourcing has driven us to widen our spaces and structures which has grown to 1.000 square meters of offices and a warehouse of 6.000 square meters creating better synergies in order to be competitive in a market always more careful to the quality level. That's why, since 2003, we obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001 certification and at the moment we updated it to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.

SCORTRANS also offers an excellent integrated logistics service thereby responding to specific customer requirements as regards the collection, storage and distribution of the respective shipping documents of invoices (also logged), and updatinh its clientele in real time – thanks to the most advanced IT systems – with regard to the status of the warehouse, stock levels, availability and preparation of shipments. This integrated logistics service is managed by LOGISCO brand.
